Glossary

Stat names, equipment terms, and the rest of the vocabulary you'll run into across the game and this site.

Stat Types

How a stat applies, and to whom.

Personal
A stat that affects only your player chef.
All Worker (AW)
A stat that affects all chefs you hire, but also stacks multiplicatively on your player chef (which is why solo builds are so strong). See the Solo Build Strategy.

Speed Stats

Make existing actions happen faster.

Walk Speed
Chef's walking speed. Critical for solo builds where one chef does all the running.
Faster Food
Reduces cooking time on workstations. Stacks with workstation speed upgrades.

Chance Stats

Per-action coin-flip stats.

Instant Food
Chance for a workstation to produce its food instantly. At 100%, every interaction yields food immediately.
Double Food
Chance to produce two units of food in a single cook. Effectively a x2 throughput chance.
Another Order
Chance for a customer to order again immediately after being served, skipping waiting for them to leave and a new customer to arrive.
Greedy Customer
Chance for a customer to order extra items at once.
Golden Customer
Chance for a customer to be Golden, paying 16x the normal price.

Value Stats

Multiply the money you get per delivered item.

Perfect Food
Chance to cook a "perfect" gold version of the food, worth 6x normal value.
Divine Food
Chance to cook food worth 26x normal value.

Equipment

Gear, blueprints, and the salvage button.

Rarity
Six tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Ultimate, Mythic. Higher rarity = stronger stats.
Blueprint
A Legendary, Ultimate, or Mythic item arrives as a blueprint rather than a wearable. Tap it and press Forge to consume the listed materials and craft the actual item. See the Beginner's Guide for the basics.
Forging
Converting a blueprint into a wearable item by spending its materials. Recipes are item-specific; see any item's page in Browse Equipment for its exact recipe.
Salvage
Converting an item into upgrade material for an item you're already using. Don't, until you have all your mythics. Save extras for club donations instead.

Game Terms

Concepts that show up across the rest of the game.

City Loop
60 unique cities, then a reset back to the first city to start the next loop. The game has no ending.
Mythic Build
The highest-rarity gear setup. Each equipment slot has exactly one Mythic; collecting them all is the long-term endgame goal. See Meta Builds for current top setups.
Solo Build
Playing with only the player chef (no other chefs hired). All equipment and pet stats stack onto one character, the strongest meta. See the Solo Build Strategy.
Club
An in-game group of players, unlocking at City 7. You can donate extra gear to your clubmates instead of salvaging it. Donations earn club XP, which levels the club and earns Club Boxes, which include a chance at a Mythic blueprint.
Helper
A temporary chef you can summon from another player's account for a short boost.
Popular Dish
A dish you mark as popular is more likely to be ordered. Select one by tapping the black circle at the top center of the restaurant screen.
