Why Solo Chef Builds Are Optimal
The Build Optimizer is designed for solo chef builds - where you only use your player chef and do not open or buy other Chefs (but do buy/open Waiters). Solo builds are superior to multi-chef strategies because of how stats stack and multiply for your player chef.
Tested and Proven
Testing has shown that the best All Worker builds are 2-3 minutes slower than the best ultimate solo builds. The key advantage is stat stacking - personal and AW stats combine and multiply for your player chef, creating power impossible to achieve with multiple workers.
Why Solo Builds Dominate
Stats Multiply Together
Personal and AW stats combine and multiply for your player chef. This creates exponential growth in effectiveness - achieving extreme walk speeds, 100% Instant Food, and high Perfect rates that you cannot get with multiple workers.
Bonus Concentration
Pets and their delivery bonuses only apply to YOUR player chef. Other chefs don't benefit from these massive multipliers. By stacking speed stats, you create powerful delivery pet synergy that scales dramatically, allowing for deliveries at a higher rate and higher value than AW builds.
Equipment Availability
More items have personal stats than AW stats, especially early/mid game. This gives you more equipment options and better stat optimization potential. You can combine personal and AW items (AW stats also apply to your player chef) for incredible synergy.
Solo Build Gameplay Strategy
Do Not Open/Buy Other Chefs
Only use your player chef - do not open or buy other Chefs. However, DO buy and open Waiters to handle tables and customers. This ensures all your equipment bonuses, pets, and delivery multipliers concentrate on your one powerhouse player chef.
Play with Battery Saver OFF
Keep battery saver disabled to ensure your player chef operates at maximum speed and efficiency. This is critical for getting the most out of your optimized stats and delivery pet bonuses.
Learn more on Discord →Don't Open All Tables
Open just enough tables so your player chef is always busy. Too many tables create bottlenecks and waste. Too few leave your chef idle. Find the sweet spot where your chef is constantly moving and serving without downtime.
How Personal and AW Stats Multiply
Most stats come in two flavors: Personal (affects only your player chef) and All Worker (AW) (affects every chef, including yours). When you hold both versions of the same stat, they don't add together. They multiply:
50% Personal Instant Food + 30% AW Instant Food gives (1.5 × 1.3) − 1 = 0.95 = 95% for your player chef, not the 80% you'd get by adding them.
A second hired chef would only get the 30% AW share. Your player chef gets the full multiplied 95%, because Personal stats stack on top of AW. Concentrating every stat on one chef is what makes the math run away.
This is the exact formula the Build Comparer uses when it combines your stats. Try two setups side by side to see it in action.
